Iceland DXpedition of DL3PS

AGCW HNY Contest 2008

Leider konnte ich in den 3 Stunden nur 115 QSO's ins Log bringen. Wird wohl zu wenig sein um in die vorderen Plätze zu kommen. Es lag bestimmt an der Antenne. Da hatte ich für 80m und 40m "nur" eine 27m hohe Vertikal zur Verfügung. Ein Dipol wäre für Europa bestimmt besser gewesen. 20m ging mit einer 3 element Yagi auch nicht in Europa.
Aber dabeisein ist die Hauptsache. Und wenn es keine Spass machen würde, dann würde man es ja nicht machen.

Also at the moment in Brazil is the IARU World Championship. A lot of teams are in the area of Florianopolis. Perhaps Germany will win this World Championship :-)
